Responsible for the day-to-day office administration tasks
Assist accountant with posting on Quickbooks and other finance-related tasks
Support procurement when necessary
Liaise with PRO for employee related requests (i.e. VISA renewals, cancellations etc)
General HR responsibilities
Monitor staff annual leave & sick days
Ensure office stationary levels are managed
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts & suppliers
