As our journey continues to expand, we\'re looking for a Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Assist accountant with posting on Quickbooks and other finance-related tasks
  • Support procurement when necessary
  • Liaise with PRO for employee related requests (i.e. VISA renewals, cancellations etc)
  • General HR responsibilities
  • Monitor staff annual leave & sick days
  • Ensure office stationary levels are managed
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts & suppliers
