Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
Prepare letters, reports, memos, and internal documentation
Maintain records, logs, and office files (digital and physical)
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government offices
Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
Support HR and Accounts departments with administrative tasks
Perform field work such as document submission, collection, and follow-ups
Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in the UAE
Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
