Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Handle employee queries and provide support in HR-related matters.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting attendance and overtime data.
Coordinate with PRO for visa, medical, and government-related processes.
Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
Drive for official tasks such as government document submissions, staff transport (if required), and external coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Valid UAE Driving License
(mandatory).
Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
