Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring smooth operations.
Manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.
Handle HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of staff requirements.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government departments when necessary.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain office supplies, assets, and facilities.
Organize company events, staff activities, and training sessions when required.
Drive for official tasks, including document submissions, government relations, or supplier coordination.
Prepare and maintain administrative reports for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in administration in the UAE.
Valid UAE Driving License .
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
