Our company is looking for_ Administrative Assistant_ to handle all admin/supply chain work for the office and reporting directly to the General manager. She will be responsible for main communications by email or letters and to make the meeting schedules also filing all documents needed for work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recording Minutes of Meeting Preparing Calendar Meetings Creating weekly and monthly reports In charge of Office supplies inventory Communication with suppliers Follow ups and distributing tasks with each members of the team. Supporting the Supply Chain team Other duties as required Requirements
Bachelors degree of Business Administration or such Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel and power point ) Working knowledge of office equipment Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Highly organized, motivated, hardworking, and energetic Able to work under pressure to meet targets. Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills very active and finish the tasks in time Must have strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail
