Job description
* Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. * Resolve administrative problems. * Maintain up-to-date employee files records. * Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc. * Book flights, hotels, couriers, etc. and Order office supplies * supervise the work of junior staff * Coordinate repairs to office equipment * schedules meetings and supports clients. * Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports * Handle multiple projects on the same time. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in MS Office * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work * college degree preferred * English fluency is a must.
