Job Description

We are are currently looking for Admin Assistant for our Ras Al Khaimah office, preferably Female. Interested candidate with relevant receptionist, data entry & administrative experience can apply. Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of document registers such as LPO In, Enquiry In, etc
  • Handling incoming calls and arranging international connections as required.
  • Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing, maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Signs for UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages
  • Assists other departments where necessary
  • Ensures upkeep of office
  • Maintains stationary and office supplies
  • Maintains a list of incoming/ outgoing correspondence in line with company procedures
  • Maintain company filing in line with ISO requirements
  • Ensuring adherence to COVID-19 precautionary measures
  • Providing OT & attendance calculation for submitting monthly payroll data and supporting documentation to Accounts department
  • Provide suggestions for improvements & other administrative work from time to time
  • Maintain all Admin related documents as per ISO requirements
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
