Responsibilities:
Must have a good knowledge and skills of using TEJARI- esupply and all related or similar platforms and websites in the UAE to monitor, follow up, and submit commercial TENDERS.
Generating new inquiries, preparing quotations before the deadline, checking prices & negotiating with suppliers, site visits, submitting samples, coordinating client meetings & follow-ups
The skills of communicating & liaising with a wide range of customers, colleagues, and suppliers locally and internationally to secure the best quality medical products and prices.
Quotes and negotiates prices and credit terms with partners and clients.
Prepare GPS Reports
Requirements:
- Preferably female with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE Experience will be an added advantage
- Higher studies / Diploma
- Familiarity with office management software or tools. (ERP,ZOHO)
