Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Manage office filing systems, records, and documents (both physical and digital).
Prepare letters, reports, and other business documents as required.
Coordinate with clients, agents, and vendors for meetings and appointments.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, NOCs, and other real estate-related documents (if applicable).
Follow up on payments, renewals, and documentation deadlines.
Support HR and accounting departments with administrative needs.
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Perform any other administrative or clerical duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage).
Presentable, professional, and reliable.
