As part of its development, UIR is recruiting on its behalf an Administrative Assistant for Rabat Business School in the Technopolis campus for an open-ended contract (CDI). The Administrative Assistant will work under the hierarchy of the Director of Faculty and Accreditation. Its responsibilities include:
Respond to requests from permanent and part-time teachers and direct them to the services concerned, Coordinate and organize the reception of new teachers, Monitor the successful integration of new professors, Ensure the planning of appointments and meetings, Write the minutes of meetings, Coordination with stakeholders for signing vacation contracts, Follow up on the fees of temporary teachers, Coordination and follow-up with the administrative and pedagogical entities of the School, Coordination and follow-up with the administrative and support entities of the university, Ensure the administrative follow-up of files, Follow up on the HR files of temporary teachers, Organization and filing of document archiving Coordination and follow-up of different events of the School. Profile Formation;
Minimum BAC + 2 in administrative management or equivalent.
Skills required Fluency in French and English, Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel, Autonomy, rigor, and sense of organization, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all stakeholders, Ability to work in a team.
