, you will provide crucial support to our business setup specialists and clients. Your role will involve managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with government entities, preparing business setup documentation, and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while helping clients navigate the process of setting up their businesses in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with inquiries regarding business setup, licensing, visa applications, and other related services.
Schedule meetings and consultations for clients with business setup consultants.
Prepare and manage documents related to company formation, licenses, and visas.
Coordinate with government authorities, banks, and other entities for the completion of business registration procedures.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all necessary documents are filed accurately.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients and provide timely responses.
Process and track client applications, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
Organize office activities, order supplies, and maintain a productive office environment.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals.
Offer administrative support to the team in day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient office operations.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client information.
Qualifications:
Experience
: Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, preferably within a business setup, legal, or consulting environment.
Skills
:
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
Knowledge
: Familiarity with UAE business setup processes, licensing requirements, visa regulations, or legal documentation is preferred.
Education
: High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
Other
: Knowledge of UAE government portals and systems (e.g., Tasheel, MOHRE, etc.) is an advantage.
