: Administrative Assistant (Male) - Catering Company
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Male Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic catering company in Abu Dhabi.
This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
: (IMPORTANT)
Utilize advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) to analyze data, track expenses, and generate operational reports.
Maintain and update databases for client contacts, vendor details, and catering menus.
Administrative Support
:
Manage and maintain accurate records, using Excel and other office tools.
Prepare and update spreadsheets for inventory tracking, order management, and financial summaries with precision.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and suppliers.
Task Coordination
:
Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.
Logistics tracking & reconciliation.
Procurement & Inventory Support
:
Assist in tracking inventory levels for supplies.
Note
: Company will provide accommodation, transportation & on-duty meals.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
