At least 2 years of hands on administrative support experience
Must have good IT knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity in speech
Good research skills and attention to detail
Provide general administrative and clerical support including emails, correspondence, scanning, faxing, photocopying, invoicing, preparing quotations, record keeping and managing staff databases
Should be bold and must have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our clients and internal departments and must be able to attend to their inquiries
Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skills and excellent organizational skills required.
