We invite you to become part of our growing team at an upscale mobile pet grooming business in Bahrain. You MUST meet all of the requirements to apply. Responsibilities:

• Support the team by performing tasks related to the operation, such as publishing daily schedule, team dispatching, etc.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, emails, etc. and provide customer support.
• Follow the CRM communication plan.
• Maintain written/verbal communication with suppliers.
• Carry out administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, etc.

• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment, arrange for repairs, and maintain equipment inventories.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Make travel arrangements for staff.
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by senior managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum one-year experience as an Administrative Assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (other languages will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Working knowledge of office equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• High School degree (additional qualification as an administrative assistant or a secretary will be an advantage).
• Strong organisational skills.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
