ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT HEBREW AND ENGLISH SPEAKING The Administrative Assistant is part of support services in our company and responsible to provide effective and efficient administration and human resources services. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible in providing daily support to the Management Responsible for providing day-to-day support regarding Admin functions Performs secretarial tasks, including writing correspondences, memos, circulars, reports and other documents. Company Asset management Vehicle registration and insurance renewal, tracking of Salik balance Handling admin related purchases (Office and pantry supplies) Skills and Qualification: Female currently in UAE and can join immediately Bachelor's Degree graduate Ability to effectively use MS office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Proven work experience in Admin in UAE Excellent organizational and time Management Skills Act a reliable and supportive team member Excellent communications and interpersonal skills Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory Job Type: Full-time Experience:
