Job Description

We are hiring a female Tagalog speaking Administrative Assistant for our office in Dubai. Responsibilities:

  • Screen and direct client inquiry phone calls/Emails and distribute correspondence
  • Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.
  • Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.
  • Handling CRM, listing/Editing and monitoring other Property advertisement portals like property finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
  • Create and maintain property documents/database and reporting to the Managing Director
  • Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.
  • Provide general administrative work support
  • Answering Inquiries, assisting clients
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
