Hiring energetic and capable administrative Assistant (Arabic Speaking) to assist us with office administration.
Duties will typically consist of data entry and maintaining database, office management, document preparation and filing and performing basic office accounting tasks.
Highly organized in performing a wide array of administrative duties.
Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
Handle office correspondence.
Handle information requests from clients and visitors.
Integrate best practices and standards in administrative functions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree.
1 - 2 years' experience in similar role
Organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
