*Only for Female Candidates* We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales and Administrative Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth administrative operations at our quality control equipment manufacturing company regional office located in Dubai. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales support and administrative duties, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Sales Support: 1. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating with customers regarding order status and shipment schedules. 2. Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships. 3. Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials to support the sales team\'s efforts. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and CRM database management. Administrative Duties: 1. Perform general office administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for the sales team as needed. 3. Manage inventory and supplies for the office, and place orders for office materials when necessary. 4. Support the coordination of trade shows, events, and customer visits, including logistics and administrative preparation. Communication and Coordination: 1. Act as a liaison between the sales team, internal departments, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. 2. Manage the scheduling and coordination of sales meetings, conference calls, and appointments. 3. Assist with translating and interpreting as needed for international clients and partners. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a sales support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. 3. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. 4. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. 5. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7. Knowledge of import/export procedures, logistics, and international trade is an advantage. Benefits: 1.
