Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to various departments. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or team members. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries. Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using various software applications. Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document organization. Assist in the preparation and distribution of correspondence, memos, and forms. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
