We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at the International Institute for Quality Assurance and Faculty. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support, assist in the organization of daily tasks, and report to the President of the IIQAF.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and office support to maintain the President\xe2\x80\x99s workflow
Prepare and edit various correspondence, reports, and documents
Greet visitors, answer phones, respond to emails, and provide customer service
Manage daily calendar for the President, prioritize appointments, and set up conferences
Make travel arrangements, organize meetings, and follow up on deadlines
Manage inventory of office supplies and order new items as needed
Ensure work area is clean and presentable
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a drive to deliver high-quality work
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
