Baytik Holiday Homes is happy to announce a vacancy for a motivated and flexible Admin Assistant. As the Admin assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Reservation Management: Process holiday home reservations, including booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist guests with their accommodation needs and offer recommendations for local attractions and services.
Property Coordination: Oversee property maintenance schedules, coordinating with our maintenance team and external service providers.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure homes meet company standards and guest expectations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
All DTCM applications (New and renew)
All permit applications
All documentation (property information, landlord documents, permits, etc)
Onboarding admin tasks which includes checking and applying for connections (internet, chiller, gas, dewa, etc.)
Coordinate with BDMs and Onboarding Team for newly onboarded properties
Storage, releasing, collection of keys, cards and remotes. Ensure that these are safely kept.
Software skills:
Airbnb/Booking etc.
Property Bayut/Dubizzle etc.
Property management/Real Estate: 2-3 years
Holiday homes/Hospitality background: 2-3 years (MUST)
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reservation management software (e.g., PMS, Airbnb, Bookig.com, Expedia, VRBO, etc.).
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and holiday home rentals is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
