Responsibilities: Administrative Support: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing daily administrative tasks and responsibilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and update office records, documents, and databases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism. Scheduling and Coordination: \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange meetings, appointments, and conference calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and book travel arrangements for team members when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain office calendars and ensure timely reminders. Office Organization: \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep the office environment organized and well-maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage office supplies, restock as needed, and place orders when necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Data Entry and Documentation: \xe2\x80\xa2 Enter data into spreadsheets and databases accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as requested. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and consistency. Communication: \xe2\x80\xa2 Serve as a liaison between the administrative team and other departments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate information clearly and professionally to colleagues and external parties. Filing and Record Keeping: \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure sensitive information is stored securely and confidentially. Requirements
