Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Dubai United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Respond to and direct phone calls
  • Plan meetings, attend and take detailed minutes
  • Create and maintain a filing system for the office
  • Request for office supplies and research new deals as well as suppliers
  • Prepare and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters etc
  • Offer general support to visitors
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients
  • Sort phone calls and route callers to the appropriate staff
  • Make use of computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, prepare presentations as well as conduct research
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in a relevant course
  • At least 1+ years of experience working as an administrative assistant or a similar position
  • Good knowledge of office management systems as well as procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in MS Office suite with excellent typing skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
