Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Offer administrative and secretarial support service in the office
  • Respond to and direct incoming phone calls
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Conduct photocopying as well as other administrative tasks
  • Ensure good record keeping and filing
  • Act as the point of contact for logistical and administrative needs
  • Serve as the primary custodian of office supplies and consumables
  • Keep up proper and accurate records or inventory of office supplies
  • Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Should hold a Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
  • Candidates must have practical experience in the same or similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
