The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Assist with general administrative duties such as record keeping, file management, and data entry.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
A bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience in administrative roles or account management support is a plus
Experience as an admin coordinator is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
