Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Respond to and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments as may be required
  • Assist in planning meetings, participate and take detailed minutes
  • Create and maintain a filing system for the office
  • Update and maintain office policies as well as procedures
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters etc
  • Order office supplies and research new deals as well as suppliers
  • Book travel arrangements as required
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Conduct any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree in a relevant course
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Must be familiar with office management systems and procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Good Ms Office suite knowledge
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
