We are looking for a competent Admin Executive with a highly organized personality. The candidate must have excellent communication and writing skills and preferably with 1 experience in Real Estate. Responsibilities:
Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.
Handling, listing/Editing online portals for marketing and advertising purpose via social media and websites, like property finder.
Create and prepare presentations and daily reports.
Conducting market research to evaluate market trend.
Promoting projects and properties through various property listing portals
Overseeing and managing all of the company social media accounts
Creating and publishing daily digital content
Monitoring competitor activity within the digital marketing space
Performance of all digital marketing activities
Adhering to the company standard and policies.
Requirements:
1 year of Experience in Digital Marketing
Preferably with 1 year of Experience in real estate
Discretion and confidentiality
Excellent Writing skills
Effective communicator
Professionally Dressed / Highly Organized
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Graphic Designing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
Must be able to multi-task and communicate clearly, comprehensively.
Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok
