ADMIN UNOO is a retail and e-commerce company that deals with hundreds of queries online and in-store on a regular basis. As we grow, we need a team player that will contribute and add value to the team and company. We are looking for a detail oriented, young, and enthusiastic admin / sales coordinator who is flexible and reliable, he / she will be responsible for overall sales preparation, customer service, and a liaison of the sales team and logistics Primary Purpose and Key Accountabilities:
Assisting the sales team and focus mostly on the preparation and distribution of sales documents as required
Order Management: Liaise with E-commerce sales team on order matters and execute orders
Coordinates with the sales team, logistics and management on a day to day operation
Responsible for the sales operations and follow-up with planning on pending orders / urgent requests or items delivery and updates the logistics team accordingly.
Coordinate with courier partners on the delivery status
Make sales invoices and basic data entry
Perform a basic admin task
Qualification:
Expert in Microsoft office
Basic knowledge in secretarial / admin tasks
Must have basic knowledge in E-commerce
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Well oriented in Customer Service
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
