Job Description

  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP is a plus
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  • prepare quotations for clientsMaintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
