We are looking for an organized, motivated Administrative Assistant to assist with the daily operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining office files and records, and responding to customer inquiries. Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office supplies
Create and update electronic and hard-copy documents
maintain and monitor databases
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
Prepare expense reports
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent in Microsoft Application
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
