Job Description

Qualification:
  • Experience as admin 1-2 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ERP (SAP) is an advantage.
  • Preferred female candidates for company diversity targets.
  • Can join immediately or on short notice.
:
  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Dealing with email enquiries.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
  • Data entry (sales figures, bills, timesheets, etc.).
  • General office management such as ordering stationary.
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers.
  • Arranging both internal and external events.
  • Providing administration support to Sales, Engineers & Managers.
  • Salary 4K.
  • Location: Dubai – head office.
