Job Description

My Business Consulting DMCC is leading Corporate Services Provider Company, located in Dubai with extensive experience in Accounting and Corporate Services. We assist individuals and SMEs to register and manage their business in the UAE. Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Administrative Assistant with proven records of UAE and International experience in corporate services. Responsibilities:
  • Proper coordination and communication with the Senior Corporate Service Manager (SCSM) to complete each task properly with high degree of client satisfaction and convenience. Paying proper amount of attention to any procedure.
  • Processing company formation (free zone, offshore companies and coordination for mainland company setup with agents/partners).
  • Processing company renewals/renewals of Establishment card/E-channel.
  • Processing Residence Visa (Investor, Employee, Dependent, Property Visa, Visa cancellation, Visa renewal, New Visa)
  • Initiate and conduct research to ensure information is up-to-date regarding visas and other PRO-related services.
  • Processing personal and corporate bank accounts opening, bank accounts closure and any other banking related services that are provided by MBC
  • Processing any kind of amendments (such as Transfer of shares, change of director/manager, change of share capital, change of activity, etc.).
  • Processing liquidation of companies.
  • Processing of any attestation of documents (in embassies/consulates, MOFA, Dubai court, etc.).
  • Proper coordination with the Finance department for any ongoing Tasks, QT/invoices requests, SOA requests, and ensure that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client. Help maintain low-cost actions, ensure fewer expenses in any way whatsoever. Proper settlement of funds received from the Finance Department.
  • Coordination with the PROs for any ongoing Tasks.
  • Coordination for the renewal of offshore companies/any certificates requests/offshore amendments, and any existent offshore companies 'services with MBC employees handling the renewals.
  • Cooperation and maintaining business relationship with the free zone authorities, banks, embassies/consulates, MOFA, Immigration, and any other government authorities that are required to complete the services for the clients
  • Attendance of meetings with the clients together with SCSM, whenever it is required.
  • Ensures client's satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays and miscommunications.
  • Establish and maintains good communication relations with authorities, typing centers, immigration, and other 3rd party agencies related to complete any given task. Promote a healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers.
  • Ensures that any information and documentation encoded in the PMS for all new updates of each existing client is correct and completely uploaded in the shared folder and PMS, proper coordination with Database Controller.
  • Keep up-to-date with any relevant information relating to the job description.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress for Tasks in progress to the direct manager.
  • Daily update of Tasks in PMS.
  • Working with team members from other departments (whenever it is required) to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and client's needs are met
  • Promote highly positive and efficient teamwork, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC.
Requirements:
  • Min. 1-3 years' work experience in same field as My Business Consulting DMCC - please check our website to know the services we are offering.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English language is mandatory;
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced computer user;
  • Smart professional appearance at all times.
  • Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities
