professional with strong English communication skills to support our market research operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring operational efficiency across various projects.
Freelancer Documentation & Tracking
Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of freelancers, including personal details, ID documents, contracts, and compliance records.
Monitor the expiration of documents (e.g., IDs, NDAs, visas) and follow up for timely renewals.
Organize and archive all documentation in a structured and accessible format.
Freelancer Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for freelancers to disseminate project briefs, instructions, and guidelines.
Ensure clear and professional communication in both Arabic and English.
Project & Fieldwork Support
Oversee onboarding of new freelancers and ensure compliance with organizational and project-specific standards.
Verify submitted materials and coordinate approvals with internal teams.
Administrative & Operational Support
Support training coordination and documentation efforts for field teams and freelancers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Field Management, Quality Control, and Accounts.
Requirements:
Female candidate fluent in
Arabic
with strong command of
spoken and written English

Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in the market research industry.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and document management systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
