Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Respond and transfer inbound phone calls if necessary
  • Welcome and direct visitors as well as clients
  • Settle administrative problems and inquiries
  • Keep up the electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Conduct general clerical duties in the office
  • Generate written responses to routine inquiries
  • Any other related duties as may assigned
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree or Diploma in a business related course
  • At least 2+ years of experience in providing administrative support services
  • Must have good computer knowledge with excellent typing skills
  • Possess a positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • A bilingual lady is required
