Performing clerical work such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls and replying to emails.
Updating administrative and HR data base.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelors degree
