Job Description

Roles and responsibilities :
  • General administration and coordination
  • Performing clerical work such as filing, handling mail, making phone calls and replying to emails.
  • Updating administrative and HR data base.
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelors degree
