Position: Administrative Assistant \xe2\x80\x93 Banking Specialist My Business Consulting DMCC is leading Corporate Services Provider Company, located in Dubai with extensive experience in Accounting and Corporate Services. We assist individuals and SMEs to register and manage their business in the UAE. Part of the determined expansion of My Business Consulting DMCC, we are looking for Administrative Assistant with proven records of UAE and International experience in banking and corporate services. Responsibilities: 1. Full execution of the following: Corporate and Personal Account Opening and Services Post Account Opening Assistance in Banking Operations New Company Formation \xe2\x80\x93 Free Zone and Offshore Pre & Post Licensing Procedures \xe2\x80\x93 Free Zone and Offshore 2. Update all proposals related to the above topics and maintain its delays to be used easily by the sales team. 3. Suggest additional points to CSM to add more sales in the proposal (if applicable). 4. Ensures clients\xe2\x80\x99 satisfaction with all paid services, without any delays and miscommunications. 5. Proper coordination and communication with all Corporate Service Managers (CSM) and Clients to complete each task properly with a high degree of clients satisfaction and convenience. Paying proper amount of attention to any procedure.
  • Attendance of meetings with the clients together with CSM, whenever it is required.
7. Initiating and conducting research to ensure up-to-date information regarding banking and other related services. 8. Proper coordination with the Finance Department to ensure that all amounts requested are correct and relevant to the services to be rendered to the client. Helps maintain low-cost actions, and ensure fewer expenses in any way whatsoever. Proper settlement of funds received from Finance Department. 9. Proper coordination with Marketing department for any marketing projects when connected to the field of specialty and other related topic. 10. Establish and maintains good communication and respectful relations with bankers, authorities, partners and other 3rd party agencies related to completing any given task. Promotes a healthy business atmosphere between all company suppliers. 11. Daily update of requests/tasks in the PMS 12. Ensures that any information and documentation encoded in the PMS for all new updates of each exiting clients is correct and completely uploaded in the shared folder and PMS, proper coordination with Database Controller.
  • Ensures client\xe2\x80\x99s satisfaction on all paid services, without any delays and miscommunications.
  • Working with team members from other departments (whenever it is required) to ensure the highest quality of services are being delivered and client`s needs are met
15. Assistance with any other tasks of Operation Department when required. 16. Keep up to date with any relevant information relating to the job description. 17. Conducts any research that require to ensure customer service satisfactory and sales improvement of MBC DMCC Team in general.
  • Promote highly positive and efficient teamwork, coordination and cooperation with the whole team of My Business Consulting DMCC.
Requirements:
  • Min. 1-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in same field as My Business Consulting DMCC \xe2\x80\x93 please check our website to know the services we are offering.
  • Proficiency in oral and written \xe2\x80\x8bEnglish \xe2\x80\x8blanguage\xe2\x80\x8b is mandatory\xe2\x80\x8b;
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
  • Advanced computer user;
  • Russian speaking will be advantageous
  • Smart professional appearance at all times.
  • Highly independent, can work under pressure and dedicated toward his/her responsibilities
