Our client is a freezone-based Trading Company looking for an Administrative Accountant to support in day to day administrative tasks and basic general accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Downloading, obtaining bank statements from banks, invoicing, Payments of all expenses, receipts against sales etc. and passing necessary journal entries, bank entries, purchase and sales entries etc from those. (Limited volume)
KYC update with banks and trade licenses and company compliance responsibilities
Maintenance of miscellaneous records (leaves, health insurance, travel arrangements, Renewal/application of employment/resident visa etc of executives of companies.
Real Estate Management- Management of property rentals, repair and maintenance, property related service fees invoice and their timely payments, Coordination with property agents and brokers, coordination with tenants and their office managers.
Dealing with Dubai land department, road and transport authority.
Sell/Purchase of properties- preparation of documentation for sell and purchase of real estate in Dubai and abroad.
Timely payments of utilities telephone, electricity, gas, vehicle insurance etc.
Payments of dues/license fees for overseas properties.
Qualifications:
Must be based in Dubai
At least 3 years experience in Administrative Support
Knowledge of general accounting processes
Degree in Business Administration or similar degree
Experience in Property Management preferred
