On behalf of our client, a well-established international private bank, we are looking for an experienced assistant to join their growing team in Dubai.
In this challenging role your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Providing administrative support to the Head of the office in all administrative tasks and responsibilities
Managing the first level IT support
Assisting with Human resources tasks
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
4-6 years of previous experience in International Financial Industry, knowledge of DIFC
Basic IT skills
Fluent English & French language skills will be mandatory, Arabic will be a big plus
Strong communication and administration skills, ability to work under pressure
Currently based in UAE
Please note that only candidates who are already based in UAE and currently working in financial services can be considered for this role.
