Job Description

Our client is multinational company and leader in Automotive industry.

We are looking to recruit a Japanese speaker Administrative Assistant.

:

1. Part of Administration department and support activities based on Manager\'s supervision.

2. Assistant to the Senior General Managers / Director
  • Make travel plans and book air tickets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage apartment contracts of associates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Find out service apartments with good deals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange meetings, meals for meetings \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting speech manuscripts \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate effectively with all levels of our company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Deliver weekly or monthly reports on assigned projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist operational activities as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep documents, processes, procedures up-to-date. \xe2\x80\xa2 Complete all assignments on time.
3. Serve as window person with the Japan HQ

4. Arrange documents for guests visits and meeting arrangements.

5. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

6. Providing support to our Managers and Employees

Candidate Requirements:

1. Japanese (Written & Oral) speaker & fluent in English (Written & Oral) -MANDATORY

2. Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication skills appropriate to a multicultural and diverse working environment

3. Ability to multi-task, work unsupervised, efficiently and effectively in a demanding environment 4. MS Office High Expertise - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

5. Relevant experience in Office Administration (2+ years)
