Manage the recruitment process from the beginning to the end. This includes creating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating job offers.
Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handle employee relations issues such as disputes, performance issues, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and induction programs.
Maintain and update employee records and the HR system with current job requirements, job descriptions, and other relevant information.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and industry regulations.
Coordinate with various departments for administrative tasks such as office management, meeting arrangements, record keeping, and other general administrative functions.
Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems.
Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Book travel & Conference arrangements for staff.
Ensure that the office is functioning smoothly.
Handle anything related to onboarding of new employees, including creating & tracking onboarding procedures, including assistance with reallocation and the UAE Visa process.
Be the company point of contact for communication & tasks related to the DMCC free-zone authority.
Assist with defining HR & Recruitment procedures.
Ensure all related deadlines such as health insurance renewal, Visa renewal, etc are tracked and renewed in time.
