We are seeking a professional, dynamic, dedicated and proactive
Admin Personnel
n our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in office tasks, cross-team communication, content creation, marketing, social media accounts handling, and customer support communications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk & Customer Service
Serve as the first point of contact from different channels (calls, email, social media...etc) ensuring a courteous and professional approach at all times.
2. Administrative & Office Support
Manage office correspondence, filing systems, couriers, and stationery inventory.
Coordinate with the Operations team for logistical support and facility-related requirements.
3. Graphic Design Tasks:
Design branded content using
Canva/Graphic Tools
, including:
Social media graphics
Company newsletters
External presentations
Marketing materials (brochures...etc)
Collaborate with marketing or management teams on visual content needs
4. Digital Communication & Social Media Support
Maintain and update the company's presence on Social Media for corporate branding and its corresponding products
Handling the official corporate social media accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to share approved posts and updates on official social media platforms.
Support the management team in preparing digital templates and communication materials.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Facilitate communication between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Compile monthly front desk and customer service reports for management review.
Maintain confidentiality of all documents and sensitive information.
Requirements:
Proven experience (
minimum 2 years
) in administrative or office support roles
Proficiency in
Canva/Graphic Tools
with a good eye for design and layout
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
Work under stress and heavy loads
Design engaging ad creatives and visuals using Canva or other design tools.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Standard Working hours with flexibility in case of emrgency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with social media management tools is a plus
Familiarity with social media content scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later) is a plus
Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator...etc) is a bonus
Female Candidates with their own valid VISA will be preferred.
The Position is entitled for comission as well

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
