Admin / Receptionist
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Provide administrative support to the management and sales team.
Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
Assist in preparing documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
Handle office supplies inventories.
Ensure the front desk and reception area remain presentable at all times.
Requirements:
1year Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role (experience in real estate preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
