Manage and maintain property listings, client records, and agency databases
Handle all administrative duties related to real estate transactions (Form A, B, F, MOU, tenancy contracts, NOCs, Title Deeds, etc.)
Coordinate with DLD, RERA, developers, and other government entities for required documentation
Prepare reports on agents' deals, property performance, and market updates
Assist in managing broker/agent schedules, meetings, and client follow-ups
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in the UAE
Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers as needed
Monitor and renew property listings on online portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
Assist with marketing support including preparing flyers, online ads, and social media listings
Ensure office documents are filed and archived properly (physical and digital)
