We are a well-established construction company in Bahrain seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Purchaser to support our procurement and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction-related purchasing and strong coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Handle the procurement of construction materials, tools, and equipment as per project requirements Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries Maintain and update purchase orders, inventory records, and delivery schedules Assist in preparing and reviewing purchase requisitions, comparative statements, and approvals Liaise with the project, store, and accounts departments for smooth flow of procurement processes Track material consumption and ensure that procurement aligns with project timelines Ensure proper documentation, filing, and administrative support for procurement activities Maintain compliance with company policies and project-specific procurement standards Requirements BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction industry Good knowledge of construction materials and local/GCC vendor markets Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software/tools Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Please send your resume/CV
