ADMIN / PERSONAL ASSISTANT



:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator. The role involves managing day-to-day client and supplier interactions, processing and tracking orders, and overseeing online sales and website performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client communications and ensure timely order fulfillment Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules Monitor and update website content, products, and inventory Track online sales performance and prepare regular reports Handle order processing, invoicing, and after-sales support Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operations and customer experience
Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Proficiency in basic office software and e-commerce platforms Prior experience in operations, e-commerce, or customer service preferred
