Job Description

Effortz.com is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi office. You'll play a key role in keeping our operations organized, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, and supporting our management and sales functions.

Location: Al Khalidhiya, Abu Dhabi (onsite)

Salary Range: 2500 AED inclusive all benefits

Visa: Candidates with own or dependent visa preferred

Key Responsibilities



Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence Coordinate with Sales Team, Vendors, Technical Team, Customers, and Partners Manage schedules, track reports, and ensure timely communication across departments Handle lead updates, call logs, document filing, and general office operations

Requirements



Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong organizational and document preparation abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Team player with a proactive attitude Must hold own or dependent visa Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is a plus
