HR Office Executive
to manage MOHRE communications, resolve employee-related issues, and support HR Generalists in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing
MOHRE calls and queries
promptly and professionally.
Coordinate and communicate with employees regarding HR policies, labor law compliance, and MOHRE-related matters.
Resolve conflicts and issues between employees and HR Generalists efficiently and diplomatically.
Maintain accurate HR records, documents, and correspondence related to labor and government compliance.
Assist HR Generalists in employee onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and MOHRE regulations.
Prepare reports on HR issues, MOHRE communications, and employee grievances as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in handling
MOHRE queries and employee relations
.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to mediate and resolve workplace issues.
High level of organization, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
Preferred:
Experience working in construction, design, or corporate industries in the UAE.
Ability to communicate effectively in
English and Arabic
.
