Job Description

Technical & administrative skills:



Excellent

communication

(English required; Arabic is a plus). Strong

organizational and multitasking

abilities.

MS Office proficiency

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with

HR systems

(HRIS/ERP) is often required or preferred.

Administrative skills:



Office management and

daily operations

coordination (supplies, documentation, scheduling). Records management and document control.

HR-specific skills:



Recruitment & onboarding

processes. Maintaining

employee records and contracts

. Support with

payroll, benefits, performance management

.

Confidentiality

, problem solving, professionalism. Driving License is a plus Familiarity with

UAE Labour Law

Understanding

visa procedures, work permits, and PRO tasks

for government applications Compliance with local

Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE)

rules

Indians are Highly Preffered*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
