Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years
of proven experience in Admin & HR role
Strong knowledge of
HR operations, labour laws, payroll, compliance
Excellent
communication and team-handling skills
Ability to work
independently in a remote/hybrid environment
High level of
professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficiency in
MS Office / HR tools / HR documentation

Experience working with
multi-location teams (India & UAE)
