Provide administrative and HR support to ensure efficient operation of the office and smooth execution of HR processes, including recruitment, employee documentation, and day-to-day office coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties
Manage front desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update company records, documentation, and filing systems.
Support event planning and company activities.
HR Support
Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and onboarding files.
Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files).
Support payroll by ensuring accurate attendance and timesheet collection.
Coordinate employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
Assist in performance management documentation and HR correspondence.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Support training and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administrative or HR support role (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
High attention to detail and organization.
Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Work Conditions
Full-time position, office-based.
May require occasional overtime for events or urgent HR activities.
